One of Germany's most popular and beloved foods, we are going to make this traditional German dumpling or egg noodles from scratch. Made with flour, eggs, milk and a hint of nutmeg and white pepper. Spaetzle is boiled in water then pan fried with butter and served as a savory side dish with meat sauce.

We're also going to make German Meatballs with ground beef, bread crumbs, eggs and fresh parsley,  seasoned to perfection then cooked in a thick and creamy beef broth sauce. Comfort food at it's finest!

For dessert we're going to make Rote Grütze, this is a typical, fruit pudding dessert from northern Germany, and it’s hands down one of my favorite easy German recipes. Made with red berries simmered in red fruit juice and served warm with cold, fresh whipped cream poured over the top. Ahhhhhh…Delicious.
